"Among the entertainers, pianist Jordan Peterson was outstanding. He's extremely talented, but he is really down to earth and easy to talk to. Jordan genuinely seems to love what he does as he encourages the guests to request songs they'd like to hear (and then can do almost all of them). Since many people saw him in the lounges, his “Elton John” matinee show with the orchestra at the end of the cruise was well attended and he got a well-deserved standing ovation. We loved Elliot Finkel when we saw him on the Equinox, but Jordan is our new favorite pianist so we hope to see him again on one of our future Celebrity cruises. "We just got off the ship this morning. We caught every one of Jordan's performances. My wife and I loved him. He did some Who songs for us including our favorite "Baba O'Reilly" which were amazing. Last night in the club he did a rendition of Tower of Power's "So Very Hard to Go" which was amazing. My wife is in serious withdrawal. of requests. If he doesn't now a song he sometimes even learns it......he is only 22 and see him now while he is on a cruise ship....because I doubt he will be on a ship very long. My guess is that he will end up on a much bigger stage some day. "You really are incredible. You play with such passion. There is absolutely no doubt that you love what you do. That was obvious the first time we heard you about 30 minutes after we got on the ship. One of the things I find so interesting is how you are able to learn new songs so quickly by ear. That will never cease to amaze me. For someone like me who has no real musical ability, this process is astonishing. I know that people on the ship were also blown away by how genuinely bad you felt when you couldn't play someone's request. This is also unbelievable. The fact that you take requests, knowing that a certain percentage of them you won't know (and that's only because of your youth, not your ability) and knowing that someone is going to throw out something obscure that NO ONE has ever heard of before, is so amazing to me. The fact that you feel bad when you are unable to accommodate someone's request is also amazing. Let's face it, most entertainers do what they want to do and don't really care about making other people happy. This is part of what makes you different and special."

"Today was our first chance to hear Jordan Peterson, piano player. He was FANTASTIC! We made a point of seeing him whenever it fit into our schedule. He could typically be found in Café al Bacio during the afternoon or early evening. I think he sometimes had late sets, too. He sang a lot of Elton John, Billy Joel, and even some Alicia Keys. (he’s very versatile!) He took requests, and when I asked for Coldplay, he said he’d started working on one, and a couple of days later played it for us. Just so talented and also very personable."
